#Elige Educar: Seminario Profesión Docente

A: "What do you want to be when you grow up?" B: "A teacher, just like you!"

El jueves 12 de enero se realizará el Seminario Claves para el desarrollo de una Profesión Docente, organizado por el Centro de Políticas Públicas UC, Elige Educar y el Mineduc.

Entre los temas a tratar estarán las determinantes de la elección y deserción de las carreras de pedagogías.

Así como también se discutirá sobre el aporte de las instituciones formadoras al conocimiento disciplinario de los futuros docentes.

Además se analizarán las trayectorias laborales y el prefeccionamiento del profesor.

El encuentro será entre las 9 de la mañana y las 13 horas en el Salón de Honor de la Casa Central de la Pontificia Universidad Católica.

Thomas Baker is the Past-President of TESOL Chile (2010-2011). He is the Coordinator of the English Department at Colegio Internacional SEK in Santiago, Chile.
